Now Hiring: Territory Sales Representative
Precision of New Hampton is seeking a driven, competitive Sales Professional who thrives in a fast-paced, quick sales cycle environment. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by actively prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
- Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate strong interest
- Understand customer needs and effectively present solutions
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed annual revenue goals
- Manage and expand your prospect database within your assigned territory
- Support and manage new accounts after the sale
- Travel to visit customers, distributors, and trade shows (2–4 trips per year, 1–3 days each)

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
