Who you are

You have several years of experience building internet-based software

You have experience driving technical designs for backend systems

You adapt quickly and can problem solve through uncertainty

You are comfortable making decisions to unblock yourself and others

You approach problems with curiosity and are eager to learn and teach

You are located in the USA and are normally able to be available during core-hours synced with the pacific time zone (11-3 PST)

What you'll do

You will work closely with the rest of the product team on user-facing features that improve team health and effectiveness

You will be working on a service oriented architecture using gRPC and Go. Some familiarity with Go is necessary

You will work on our integrations, a key component of our product strategy and the most complex areas of our systems

Your changes will be deployed on AWS automatically after every check-in

You will help support our high-availability production services

You will help protect the confidentiality and security of our customer data, through the development of secure applications and tools that adhere to the OWASP standards
