About the Role We are looking for a Senior Leader to join our team as Safety Manager focused on creating, supporting, enhancing, and reinforcing our company‑wide safety program. Our commitment to safety continues to grow as we strengthen practices that protect our employee‑owners, clients, and communities. In this highly visible role, you will help shape the future of safety with 900 employees, 22 office locations in 8 states, and a nationwide remote workforce. Reporting directly to our COO, you will have the opportunity to influence practices across Parametrix, while building a strong culture of accountability and care.
