* Preferibile pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi (marketing operativo, tender management o project support)* Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione delle priorità* Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli* Buone capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team* La pregressa esperienza nella gestione di gare d’appalto sarà considera un plus* Conoscenza base di grafica (Adobe Suite, Canva o simili)* Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese**Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Tender & Events****Role Description**We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized professional to support the Marketing Manager and the Marketing team in the operational and strategic management of company activities, with a particular focus on tenders, marketing materials, and events. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with advanced digital tools, including Artificial Intelligence technologies.**Key Responsibilities****Tender management*** Preparation, collection, and organization of technical and administrative documentation* Coordination with internal teams for the development of required content* Monitoring of deadlines and verification of document compliance**Marketing materials*** Updating and managing technical documentation to support tender submissions* Managing and preparing product-specific documentation* Acting as an interface with the Tender Office, Product Managers, and Area Managers* Supporting the management of marketing materials—assessing existing materials and identifying potential improvements—through ongoing collaboration with the Marketing Communication team and international marketing**Event support*** Supporting the logistical and operational organization of congresses, events, and company meetings* Supporting the management of materials and communications before and after events* Supporting planning activities and follow-up**Support to the Marketing Manager*** Planning and monitoring marketing activities* Operational management of projects and deadlines* Basic reporting and analysis of completed activities**Required Skills*** Previous experience in similar roles (operational marketing, tender management, or project support) is preferred* Excellent organizational and priority management skills* High level of accuracy and attention to detail* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team**Technical Skills*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with particular focus on PowerPoint and Excel)* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CMS, email marketing, social media)* Knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g. for content creation, automation, data analysis)**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous experience in tender management will be considered a plus* Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)* Good command of the English language**Soft Skills*** Proactivity and problem-solving mindset* Flexibility and adaptability* Ability to multitask* Goal-oriented approach**Education** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.The role offers the possibility of remote work under a smart working arrangement for approximately70% of the time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
