Forklift/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Western, MA. In this role, you will be a key player in our shipping and receiving department, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of all items.
Perform daily safety checks on the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location (Northampton, MA), specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience as a forklift operator.
Valid forklift certification is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
