Position Summary (USA) Operations Manager – Floor (fashion, import, jewelry, regional, returns, Sam’s, Wm.com, Hmsc) Location: Fort Worth, TX (Primary location: 15101 N Beach St, Fort Worth, TX 76177-2721, United States) What you’ll do Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing. Drive and implement the business plan to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety. Forecast staffing and workload to meet business demands. Prepare and analyse business reports to identify operational improvements. Monitor compliance with logistics and company safety standards. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns. Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, performance feedback, and training opportunities. Teach, support, and model logistics and company policies. Hire, promote, coach, evaluate associates, leaders, and managers. Build high‑performing teams that embrace diversity and create a workplace of belonging. Demonstrate integrity, ethical standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative initiatives. Deliver results with customer focus, balance short‑ and long‑term priorities, and make data‑based decisions. Seek continuous improvement and adopt new technologies and skills. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management) 1 year of experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas OR 1 year of experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of associates OR 3 years’ experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings) Preferred Qualifications Financial modeling and analysis Managing challenging workforce issues Modeling and forecasting Preparing and executing budgets; Profit & Loss accountability Supervising associates and Walmart logistics manager experience Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management Compensation Annual salary range: $84,000.00 – $126,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, regional pay zone, and stock options.
