Pay Rate: $58.50 Per Hour Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) for Travel opportunities in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dialysis care, monitor patients undergoing treatment, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer hemodialysis treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
  • Operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment safely and effectively.
  • Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
  • Administer prescribed medications and intravenous therapies.
  • Educate patients and families regarding kidney disease management and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
  • Current BLS Certification required.
  • Dialysis experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience with hemodialysis equipment and procedures.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
