Operations Systems SpecialistLife Time Property Development, Construction, is the innovative and vertically integrated in-house Construction Division. Combine your passion for construction management and healthy living under one roof while building the career of a Life Time.The Operations Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational efficiency of facilities, maintenance, and vendor management systems—primarily through ServiceChannel, Workday and related platforms. This role ensures accurate asset data, smooth vendor onboarding, timely preventive maintenance scheduling, and reliable invoice processing. The Specialist serves as a key liaison between vendors, clubs/locations, Finance, and the Operations team, helping maintain compliance, data integrity, and seamless service delivery.Job Duties/ResponsibilitiesAsset ManagementProcess asset tag requests; create/print tags.Maintain accurate asset inventory and update records in ServiceChannel.Preventive MaintenanceSchedule bulk PMs and track compliance.Assist clubs with PM scheduling and create PMs for contracted services.Invoice & ComplianceResolve invoice integration issues and discrepancies.Address Finance escalations and process NTE increases.Vendor Support & ManagementSend vendor invitations and support onboarding.Respond to vendor questions about payments, invoices, and system use.Maintain positive vendor relationships through clear, timely communication.ProcurementRoute procurement requests and support approval workflows.Club SupportAnswer club questions and troubleshoot basic ServiceChannel issues.System AdministrationManage vendor onboarding processes.Maintain accurate asset, vendor, and system data.Minimum Required QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to consume a high volume of tasks in a time efficient manner.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Years of Experience:1 to 2 years of experience in a professional business environment.Preferred Qualifications:2–4 years of operations, facilities, or vendor management experience preferred.Bachelor's Degree in a related field.ServiceChannel or CMMS experience a plus.Experience with process improvement initiatives.PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and services401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverageShort term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansParental leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leaveDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income thresholdLife Time is a place for everyone.
