What You'll Do As a Branch Manager I, you'll lead a branch team focused on creating outstanding member experiences while driving operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a single branch team to deliver exceptional member service and support. Manage daily branch operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow to ensure a seamless member experience. Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training, feedback, and performance management. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive branch growth by identifying opportunities to deepen member relationships and expand financial solutions. Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Represent Harborstone in the community and help strengthen our local partnerships and community presence. Physical Considerations Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and electronic formats with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to read, comprehend, and respond to written and verbal instructions and information. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on job duties. May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment. May require stooping, bending, squatting, or reaching occasionally. May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.
