The Environment With over 500 doors under management across Silicon Valley, MVK Enterprises, Inc. provides expert oversight for residential investment properties. Our licensed leadership team has built long-standing relationships with property owners throughout the region by going above and beyond — every day. You'll be joining a team that includes a Founder and CEO, an Operations Director, fellow property managers, and a maintenance coordinator. Real infrastructure, real peers, real support. The Role As Property Manager, you will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100–150 doors, primarily single-family and multifamily properties. You will report to the Operations Director and serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned owners and residents. The focus of this role is excellent day-to-day property management — keeping things running smoothly, building trust, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities: What You'll Own • Full management of your assigned portfolio, including owner and resident communications, lease administration, and move-in/move-out coordination • Vendor and maintenance coordination in partnership with our maintenance coordinator • Marketing and leasing support, including listings, showings, and applicant screening • Rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and basic financial reporting in AppFolio • Ensuring all activity is conducted in compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable California landlord-tenant law What Sets You Apart • You stay organized and responsive — owners and residents hear back from you promptly • You understand that trust is built through consistent follow-through, not just good intentions • You're comfortable navigating the day-to-day complexity of a busy residential portfolio without getting derailed • You know Fair Housing inside and out and take compliance seriously Qualifications: Experience We're Looking For • 3+ years of residential property management experience (required) • Hands-on experience managing single-family and/or multifamily properties • Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and California landlord-tenant law • Proficiency with AppFolio or a comparable property management platform • Comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel • CA real estate license preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 yearly
