Highlights of Your Role Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested consultations Run in-home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision-making Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals Generate referrals through strong customer relationships Compensation & Support

• 2,000 biweekly training ramp (first 8 weeks for onboarding transition)
• 100,000+ annual earning potential (top performers exceed $200,000+)
