Lead Carpenter

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30–$35 per hour Location: Farmington, NY, Rochester, NY Weswood Specialties, an AAC Company, is hiring a Lead Installer to run commercial installation projects in healthcare, education, industrial, and commercial facilities. This is a hands‑on leadership role for experienced construction professionals who want consistent work, strong pay, and real responsibility in the field.
