Location: Sparks, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborers to support our special projects division on a large-scale distribution center project. This role is critical in assisting with warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining jobsite organization
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Assist skilled trades (carpenters, finishers, operators) as needed
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of equipment

Qualifications

Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, working outdoors)
Strong work ethic and reliability-must show up ready to work
Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
Proficient in English

Employment Requirements

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Work Environment

Commercial construction site (distribution facility)
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
