HVAC Lead Installer Opportunity

West Allis Heating is a trusted local provider offering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, backed by strong leadership and a reputation for doing things the right way. We are actively growing and looking for a self-motivated HVAC Lead Installer with a positive attitude to join our dedicated residential installation team.

This Weekend Lead HVAC Installer role is perfect for experienced professionals who want strong pay, premium installations, and weekday flexibility without giving up benefits or stability.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-On Bonus Payout Details:

25% paid after 90 days
$1,000 per month for each month after until fully paid

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $28.00 $40.00 per hour
Schedule: FridayMonday
TuesdayThursday OFF every week

What You Will Do as a Lead HVAC Installer

Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installations
Properly connect, commission, and verify HVAC equipment
Lead installations with professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail

What You Will Bring

35 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
HVAC degree or equivalent experience
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, leadership mindset, and pride in your trade
