FAMILY PRACTICE OUTPATIENT


• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician who is looking for a
• Hospital Employed position offered by a 94 bed hospital that is part of the St Lawrence Healthcare system of Northern Ny and Rochester Healthcare System.
•
• New Office Suite located at hospital

• Patient type: Broad spectrum of f family medicine patients from Teens to geriatrics (no ob|gyn)

• Five day work week

• Expectation of 16 - 20 visits daily

• Phone Call will be 1 in 4 EMR: Epic

• Practice fully staffed will consist of 4 MD|DO's, 2 FNP

• Base Salary is over $ 300k-$350k
• Sign on Bonus $25,000
• Relocation $15,000 Cme $4000
• Benefit time 240 hours
• Malpractice a Claims made policy for professional malpractice insurance with coverage of $2.3 million per occurence and $6.9 million aggregate shall be provided to the physician and coupled with tail coverage
