Senior Claims Advocate – Commercial Insurance Claims We are looking for a Senior Claims Advocate to join our growing Commercial Insurance Claims team. Responsibilities Process new claims as they come in. Complete pre‑renewal claims reviews. Advocate for clients on their claims. Submit claims to carriers and notify the service team of the new claim. Maintain accurate claim log and claim information in EPIC, our agency management system. Requirements At least 5 years of insurance claims management experience. Experience with EPIC is preferred. Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Bachelor’s degree required.
