Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performance team to deliver superior guest service and maintain a cheerful, fun work environment
- Manage restaurant operations ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Oversee food and labor costs to maximize profitability and understand Profit and Loss Statements
- Coordinate and implement company initiatives and local marketing efforts
- Maintain restaurant equipment and communicate issues promptly
- Develop Assistant Managers and Shift Managers through continuous training
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of management experience with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to hire, train, and lead a motivated team
- Open availability including weekends and some nights
- Physical ability to work on feet up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Cash handling skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
