Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be the lead in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our ophthalmic lens manufacturing business. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting sales growth, and developing marketing programs that educate and engage eye care professionals, distributors, and industry partners. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with the sales team and our in-house Graphic Designer. Position Responsibilities: All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance. Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and industry publications. Collaborate closely with the in-house Graphic Designer to develop creative assets, advertisements, brochures, catalogs, videos, presentations, packaging, and promotional materials. Create compelling product messaging that highlights the benefits and technical advantages of our ophthalmic lenses. Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop customer-focused marketing materials and sales enablement tools. Analyze campaign performance using marketing metrics and recommend improvements based on results. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and new business opportunities. Assist in developing and managing the annual marketing budget. Qualifications: Must have optical experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business related fields. +3 years of Marketing experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment Optical industry experience is strongly preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
