Nurse Practitioner - In-Home Assessment (HouseCalls Program) We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members. This role is independent, field-based, and requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a wide variety of home environments. Current hot states include AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, ID, IL, IN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, TN, VA, WA. Key Requirements
- Active NP license (unencumbered)
- National Board Certification REQUIRED: AANP or ANCC
- Minimum 6 months NP experience - No new grads
- BLS/CPR required (ACLS not accepted)
- No show is paid at 50% of the assessment rate
- 10+ hours per week.
- Make your own schedule
