Health Equity & DEI Program Navigator
Aurora Health Center
Aurora Health Care is seeking a dedicated individual to lead Health Equity programs aimed at reducing health disparities in Chicago. In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will ensure the integration of cultural competency into operational programs. The ideal candidate holds a Master's Degree and has at least 5 years of relevant experience.
