Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Rehabilitation Aide at Autumn Lake at Berkeley Heights . Help keep the skilled nursing rehabilitation department organized and ready for resident care by supporting therapists, preparing treatment spaces, and assisting with daily department routines.

What You'll Do

• Prepare therapy areas and gather supplies as directed by the rehabilitation team.

• Clean and disinfect equipment between uses according to facility procedures.

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy as directed by clinical staff and within your training.

• Organize equipment, monitor supplies, and report items that need replacement or repair.

• Help with scheduling coordination, paperwork, and other routine department tasks.

• Communicate resident concerns promptly to nursing or therapy staff.

Qualifications
