Registered Nurse, Cath Lab Experience: 2 years RN-OR(Copy needed) Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed); CERT-MAB- Management of Assaultive Behavior(Copy needed) References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months
48 hrs -8 weeks- looking for an RN that can do Pre-Op/Pacu on top of Cath Lab.
Cath Lab Reference and Skills Checklist required within a year
Arrythmia Exam (expires 1 year from issuance) required
Workplace Violence Training (MOAB, TEAM, CPI, etc) required
No Time off will be granted
EPIC *AND* Cerner Experience required
