Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant will work in a small dental practice supporting general dentistry procedures. Reporting directly to the dentist, the assistant will play a vital role in ensuring patient comfort, preparing the work environment, and maintaining proper infection control standards. This role requires effective coordination and adherence to clinical protocols to contribute to smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Sterilize and arrange dental instruments and equipment
- Perform dental radiography as needed
- Schedule patient appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Maintain strict infection control and safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in dental assisting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental radiography techniques
- Strong patient care skills
- Familiarity with sterilization techniques
