Job Description Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required. Position: Paraprofessional Location: Taunton, MA Type: Full-Time Daily Hours: 6.5 hours About the Role We are hiring proactive and compassionate Paraprofessionals to join our special education teams at elementary schools in Fall River. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to students with moderate to severe disabilities, assisting both individually and within classroom settings. Your Duties Will Include Supporting the execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Offering direct assistance to students with moderate to severe disabilities. Aiding teachers with classroom management and educational activities. Helping with personal care, behavior management, and specialized instruction. Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all students. Who We Need Experience with students who have moderate to severe disabilities.
