Your Impact: You will be the Supply Chain - Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Supply Chain Regulatory Compliance team which is responsible for interpreting federal, state, and international regulations and ensuring all supply-chain activities meet those requirements. What You Will Be Doing: As the Supply Chain - Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for guiding regulatory interpretation, leading compliance investigations, developing policy, and building awareness across the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Interpret federal, state, and international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and supply-chain practices. - Investigate and resolve compliance questions, complaints, or findings from internal units, customers, or government agencies. - Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and reporting. - Audit existing policies, procedures, and documentation to verify alignment with applicable statutes and regulations. - Create and deliver programs that increase employee awareness of compliance requirements and best practices.
