The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall nursing practice on the assigned unit during their shift, utilizing the full scope of the nursing process from assessment and care planning to implementation and evaluation of patient outcomes. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall nursing practice on the assigned unit during the shift.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized plans of care.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
