Real Estate Assistant Transaction Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines, communicate with clients frequently throughout the process, and coordinate schedules for final walk‑throughs and other appointments. You’ll also work with the team to facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process. Responsibilities Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders to improve customer satisfaction ratings. Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to close deals quickly. Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed. Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and final walk‑throughs. Coordinate agent schedules to ensure the highest and best use of time. Handle difficult situations in a tactful manner. Consistently recognize and manage priorities. Attend all meetings and scheduled coaching calls for Ops Team staff. Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration. Facilitate local events to foster community connections. Qualifications Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager. Great written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, preferably with some college experience. Knowledge of Google Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Highly detail-oriented. Completion of the DISC profile is required for consideration. Full-time, Monday - Friday. Compensation $40,000+ yearly DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
