Content Strategy Specialist
This role is essential for providing a content-focused view & input on the marketing strategy of our clients. It connects strategic content development, high-quality content creation, and an expert review of outsourced content to ensure that the overall creative element is executed well and consistently, delivering impact for our clients.
Success is defined by:
- On-deadline (or earlier) completion of projects
- Client satisfaction ratings
- Quality of work (reflected by impact & results of content)
Priorities (in order):
- Develop and implement innovative content strategies
- Translate marketing strategy into high-quality content
- Review content provided by outsourcers or partners to ensure it is in line with the clients' needs and brand
- Continuously improve content capabilities
Accountable: Help our clients achieve results in their marketing through impactful and authentic messaging
Responsible for: Ensuring content is delivered satisfactorily, and connected to the client's marketing and creative strategies
Consult: Brand Strategist, Strategist team
