Why this role

• Build precision aluminum components for the automotive and on‑highway truck sectors.
• Work at our Clackamas, OR location off I‑205—quick access from Sandy, Estacada, Clackamas, and Milwaukie.
• Choose from two steady Monday–Friday schedules with shift differentials.

• Start at $23.44/hour for your first 90 days; increase to $24.01/hour thereafter.
• 40-hour work week.
• Swing shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (+$1.25/hour).
• Graveyard shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (+$2.00/hour).

• Operate high-pressure aluminum die casting machinery to meet production and quality targets.
• Use a crane to position specified die sections; bolt and secure them; set ram stroke.
• Run pre-operation safety checks and correct hazards immediately.
• Hook up cooling water, preheat die sections with electric heaters.
• Adjust valves and dials to regulate water flow and machine speed to match part size and the molten metal’s type and temperature.
• Configure air and spray devices to remove fragments and lubricate the die cavity and plunger.
• Set and fine-tune automatic ladling to feed molten metal into the machine.
• Monitor and maintain holding-furnace metal level and temperature throughout the shift.
• Track process parameters and make measured adjustments to ensure a stable, compliant process.
