Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit, including management of general med/surg and overflow oncology patient populations
• Accurately document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, coordinating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing protocols
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with Nursys verification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Current certifications required (certification card must be provided)
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days required
• No time-off requests (RTO) during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with oncology overflow patient populations
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse med/surg patient census effectively
