Part-time Store Associate
The Cool Hardware Company, Inc.
This is a permanent position, and applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Store Associate Do you love all things hardware and providing an amazing customer experience? Do you want to play a key role in assisting professionals and DIYers alike to find the right accessories to complete their project? Would you like to work with the friendliest hardware team on the planet? If you said "YES!" to any of those questions, we have just the job for you! The Cool Hardware Company is looking for high-energy and passionate individuals to join our team. Our mission is to employ those who will fulfill our promise of going the extra mile for our customers and community. Our Sales Associates/Cashiers play a key role in providing legendary customer service to our clients. Don't know anything about hardware? Don't worry, we'll teach you!! Key Responsibilities- Assist in receiving, stocking, and pricing of all merchandise
- Cashiering (handling money, giving accurate change)
- Maintain clean and orderly store appearance
- Deliver customer service with enthusiasm and genuine interest in ensuring guest satisfaction
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and politely with customers in store and over the phone
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time and be able to lift 40lbs frequently
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Retail experience preferred and previous home improvement knowledge helpful
- MUST be 18 years of age or older.
- Spanish speaking is a plus!
