Business Consultant

Responsible for providing tracking and oversight end to end development of projects including multiple projects in data domain and cloud migration projects. Collaborates with IT portfolio managers, PM & customers in a fast paced environment. Works with cross functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, development teams across geographies. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. Should be able to manage Functional process for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts. Ensure timely documentation of requirements. Review the UAT test case and work with business and execution team closely to complete the UAT. To support global business per their time zones. Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope. Control change management working with Portfolio manager and delivery lead. Develops, owns, and executes project plan(s). Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post launch to evaluate future investment. Makes presentations to senior executives of the group/company likes of MDs, VPs etc. on project status, risks evaluation, steering committee etc.
