Position OverviewWe are in need of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) including either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT. Our main focus is on prioritizing quality care and exceptional customer service. We also strive to provide treatment on-site whenever possible to minimize unnecessary hospital admissions.Requirements and ResponsibilitiesAll applicants must possess a valid nursing license in CT or a PA license.While previous experience in a SNF setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all patients in a courteous and professional manner.The Nurse Practitioner will carry out therapeutic procedures such as administering injections, suturing, and managing infections.Providing patients with educational information on therapeutic regimens and normal growth and development.Benefits and SalaryCompetitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year.Bonus plan based on RVUs.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, HSA/FSA options, 4 weeks of paid time off, $1500 for Continuing Medical Education (CME), Malpractice insurance, and 401k retirement plan.
