What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

• Engage directly with homeowners and introduce Nexa Exteriors' products and services.

• Build rapport quickly and establish trust through professional and meaningful conversations.

• Create a positive and engaging customer experience.

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation

• Learn about customer needs and project goals.

• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our roofing and siding solutions.

• Deliver professional and persuasive presentations tailored to each homeowner.

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification through signed agreements.

• Ask thoughtful qualifying questions to identify customer needs.

• Handle objections and customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.

• Guide customers through the decision-making process.

Territory & Activity Management

• Work independently to maintain consistent daily activity.

• Manage your assigned territory effectively.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.

Travel & Field Work

• Travel to customer locations to conduct in-person sales presentations.
