We even offer pet insurance.Pay Details: The starting pay for a Licensed Service Consultant is $47,840/year plus commission and performance-based bonusesLocation: 100% Onsite at 11511 Luna Rd Farmers Branch, TX 75234Shift: Must be available to work Monday - Friday either of 3 shifts: 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, or 10am - 7pmWhat You Will Do:The Service Consultant would focus on servicing and retaining an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, as well as completing endorsements and cancellations, managing retention, and policy issuance for our clients. This role also places a focus on service and sales, as we encourage our Service Agents to generate and sell cross-sell opportunities and analyze coverage to meet our clients' needs.Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license to qualify for this position.Manage an existing book of business, focusing on growth and retention while delivering exceptional customer serviceRoutinely conduct consultative conversations with our clients to ensure all coverage needs are addressedGenerate and sell cross-sell, referral, and up-sell opportunitiesWork with customers to provide exceptional service while resolving customer requests/concerns, such as, but not limited to, billing, endorsement, copies of insurance documents, etc.Completes all required applications and documentation according to carrier and company guidelinesMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative service and sales targets as assignedSupport all company initiatives as requested, guided by our company's WE CARE values, sales culture, and business needsMaintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with both internal and external customersQualifications:An active Property & Casualty license is required for considerationHigh school diploma or equivalentEffective and precise telephone etiquetteP&C Insurance experience1+ years of customer service experienceExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work well independently and on a teamPrecise verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clientsPreferred Attributes:Bachelor's DegreeExperience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred1+ year experience working in a call center environmentBilingual- fluent in English and Spanish
