Role Description This is a full‑time Architect/Designer II/III, on‑site role, located in Matthews, NC, at Urban Architectural Group. The role involves collaboration in architectural design projects, with emphasis on multi‑family residential living projects. Day‑to‑day tasks include designing and drafting architectural plans, integrating industry‑standard software into project development, overseeing project phases to ensure timely delivery. The role also requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations and sustainable design principles. Proficiency in architectural software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent is preferred. Additional proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Lumion and SketchUp a plus. Previous experience in mixed‑use, multi‑family and commercial projects is beneficial.
