Senior Manager Finance – Global Manufacturer – Tullahoma, TN An established manufacturer is seeking a collaborative and strategic finance leader to oversee financial operations at its Tullahoma, TN facility. Requirements & Qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in a large organization. Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven expertise in financial management, including general ledger, P&L, and balance sheet oversight. Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and driving cost efficiencies. Preferred Background & Skills MBA and/or CPA certification. Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau and/or SAP BI. Six Sigma experience. Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong project management and influencing skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and increase cost efficiency. Serve as a proactive business partner to the site leadership team, contributing to goals and decision-making. Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for site and business unit initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and product line transitions. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and commitment to quality.
