Job Opportunity: Customer Service Personnel (Alternate Program Manager) Location: Fort Bragg, North Carolina Start Date: Immediate Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Make a Difference The Alternate Program Manager is our on-site lead at the Fort Bragg ID card office — the person who runs the floor day to day, works hand‑in‑glove with the off‑site Program Manager, and steps into any Site Security Manager (SSM) or Verifying Official (VO) seat when coverage calls for it. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to run the operation and motivate the team, not just work in it. What You’ll Do Run the floor and make real‑time decisions during operating hours; keep each station manned to standard. Back up the SSM and VO roles — certified and cross‑trained to fill any seat, holding coverage without overtime. Support the Program Manager on reporting, quality control, and on‑site coordination. Manage schedules, leave, and co‑work coverage so the operation holds through planned and unplanned absences. Reinforce card stock accountability and DEERS/RAPIDS discipline alongside the SSMs. Who You Are A hands‑on leader who has run or supervised a credentialing or customer‑service operation. Willing to certify and cross‑train across SSM and VO duties — you lead by doing. Qualifications Two (2) or more years of Common Access Card (CAC) and USID card functions. Able to obtain RAPIDS Verifying Official and Site Security Manager certifications. Able to obtain a CAC. Favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) by your start date — we will help you through the process. Fluent in English.
