We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Day Shift Registered Nurse to join our staff at Heartsworth Center Nursing. As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of compassion and excellence.

About the Role:

As a Day Shift Registered Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
Monitoring patients' conditions, reporting changes, and implementing interventions as needed
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and medications
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Oklahoma
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Commitment to providing excellent patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
