Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position available in Austin, Texas. This contract role involves providing skilled perioperative care within a busy surgical unit. The successful candidate will support a team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care during various surgical procedures.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: 0 years of minimum experience required.
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with minimum hours per week of 36 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Candidates must have at least two years of scrub or circulating experience in an operating room setting.
• Typical procedures performed on the unit include General, GYN, Neuro, Orthopedic, Plastics, Vascular, ENT, and Urology surgeries.
• Dress Code: Scrubs in Ciel Blue (provided).
• Unit Location: 901 West Ben White Boulevard, Austin, Texas, 78704.
• Additional Information: The unit features 14 operating rooms, including 2 heart rooms, and employs approximately 90 staff members, including RNs, technicians, and attendants. The team is known for its flexibility and positive attitude, with a focus on utilizing new equipment and technology to enhance patient outcomes.
