About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years is required. Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience is required. License: Oregon RN license is required, must be willing to obtain if not active at time of submission. Certifications: TNCC, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) are required. Must-Have: Willingness to obtain certifications if not active at the time of submission. Description: Within the RN scope of practice as defined by the state board of nursing, applies the nursing process to the care of patients. Teaches patients and significant others. Documents patient care in the medical record. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to effectively coordinate overall patient care.
