This position is responsible for overseeing emergency response services, managing technicians and crew chiefs, coordinating mitigation projects, ensuring quality control, maintaining profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, restoration industry experience, and a passion for helping customers recover from water, fire, storm, and mold-related property damage. Our mission is to provide outstanding service and rapid response while helping customers make property damage "Like it never even happened."Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee all water mitigation projects from first notice of loss through project completion.Manage day-to-day mitigation operations and emergency response activities.Monitor job progress, profitability, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.Ensure projects are completed on time and according to SERVPRO standards.Conduct jobsite inspections and audits to verify workmanship and compliance.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and develop Water Mitigation Technicians and Crew Chiefs.Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing training.Schedule crews, after-hours on-call rotations, and emergency response resources.Maintain accountability for productivity, safety, and quality expectations.Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.Customer Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for customers during mitigation projects.Build relationships with property owners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and facility managers.Communicate project timelines, expectations, and progress updates.Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and positive online reviews.Project ManagementManage multiple mitigation projects simultaneously.Coordinate equipment deployment and monitoring.Review moisture mapping, drying goals, psychrometric data, and project documentation.Ensure accurate job files, daily notes, and project records are maintained.Verify projects meet SERVPRO and insurance carrier requirements.Estimating & DocumentationPrepare and review mitigation estimates using Xactimate.Ensure all documentation supports billing and insurance carrier requirements.Review job costs and profitability.Track change orders and supplemental billing opportunities.Maintain accurate equipment logs and inventory records.Business Development SupportAssist with relationship-building efforts among insurance agents, adjusters, commercial clients, and referral partners.Participate in networking events and community outreach initiatives.Promote SERVPRO Team Jones services to prospective clients.Safety & ComplianceEnforce OSHA and company safety policies.Conduct regular safety meetings and jobsite inspections.Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain compliance with restoration industry standards and best practices.Participate in catastrophic event response when necessary.Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
