Even with more than 8,500 people, 130 U.S. locations, and a global reach, we promise to know you and help you.CLA is dedicated to building a culture that invites different beliefs and perspectives to the table, so we can truly know and help our clients, communities, and each other.CLA is looking to hire a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Product Team. the Product team drives the vision, strategy, and execution of technology solutions that improve how our people and clients work, leveraging data, innovation, and modern product practices.About the role:As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you'll partner with leaders across the firm to turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Analytics Strategy & Performance MeasurementDevelop and enhance reporting and analytics strategies across the organizationEstablish meaningful KPIs, scorecards, and measurement frameworksDefine metric methodologies, reporting standards, and governance practicesServe as a trusted advisor on business performance and operational effectivenessGenerate Actionable Business InsightsAnalyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project dataIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced analyticsConduct root cause analysis and develop recommendations for improvementDevelop predictive and forward-looking performance indicators that help leaders make informed decisionsDeliver Executive-Level ReportingCreate and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworksPresent insights and recommendations to leadership teamsDevelop tailored reporting solutions for operational teams and executivesEstablish measurement approaches for new initiatives and business capabilitiesPromote Data Quality & GovernancePartner with business and technology teams to improve data integrity and reporting consistencyEstablish governance standards that drive trust in reportingIdentify and resolve data quality issuesEnsure reporting methodologies are scalable, repeatable, and sustainableInfluence Across the BusinessCollaborate with stakeholders across multiple functional areasLead analytical initiatives supporting operational excellenceMentor analysts and share best practicesHelp foster a culture of data-driven decision making throughout the organizationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree is required.
