Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week, 7 PM - 7 AM, every other weekend, every other holiday
Experience: 2+ years in critical care
License: Current Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for healthcare providers

Must-Have:
- Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice

Description:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

The Registered Nurse will be expected to provide high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with patients and their families.

Continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing are vital for success in this role.
