• Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and medication administration

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including charting and documentation

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

• Participate in shift reports and contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team
