Manage and develop a team of engineering professionals while fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects from concept through completion. Develop project justifications, investment analyses, budgets, and implementation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects align with operational and business objectives. Support continuous improvement programs and best-practice implementation across the facility.As the Engineering & Technology Manager, you will have...Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated experience leading capital projects and process improvement initiatives. Prior people leadership or team management experience. Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
