As an Occupational Therapist, you will play an important role in helping patients regain independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide occupational therapy services in a patient-centered environment. Powerback has more than four decades of experience delivering physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy services across the United States. Compensation Hourly Pay: $50–$60 per hour Referral Bonus: Ask about Powerback's referral bonus program. Key Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you will: Assess patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment and recovery plans. Provide occupational therapy interventions designed to improve independence and daily functioning. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical and functional abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on skills and strategies that promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals and healthcare team members. Make appropriate referrals when additional services are needed. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients and their families. Reporting To: Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited according to ACOTE standards . Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) . Valid and unencumbered Occupational Therapy license as required by the state of practice. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized rehabilitation services.
