• Ability to work in both traditional and modern garden-style floral design.
• Experience with floral point-of-sale systems and order management.
• Experience estimating floral quantities and working within arrangement budgets.

Availability for scheduled shop shifts, peak floral holidays, and occasional weekend events is important. Please include your regular availability and any scheduling restrictions with your application.

How to Apply

Submit your resume, availability, and photos or a portfolio of floral arrangements you personally designed. Describe your professional floral design experience and identify the types of arrangements you can complete independently.

For screening, add: Which floral designs can you create independently, and can you provide three photos of your own work? This helps distinguish experienced designers from applicants with a general interest in flowers.
