Senior Technical Program Manager, Quantum Computing

Salary: $148,200 - 163,300 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
• We require 7+ years of direct work with engineering teams.
• We require 3+ years of software development experience.
• We require 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
• We require experience leading programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Preferred: 5+ years of project management discipline experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
• Preferred: Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams and building sustainable processes.
• Preferred: Experience defining KPIs and SLAs to support multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
• Preferred: Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams.

• We manage programs that span multiple engineering and applied science teams, as well as other AWS services.
• We drive integration work with external quantum hardware partners.
• We define and deliver operational and security requirements.
• We contribute to strategic and tactical planning across the organization.
• We set goals and help prioritize resources.
• We help customers experiment with quantum technologies, build new skills, identify potential applications, and plan for the future.
