Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $77.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business goals and operational performance.
- Analyze financial results, profitability trends, and key business drivers to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership review.
- Partner with accounting and operations teams to support reporting, costing, inventory analysis, and financial data accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, margins, and overall financial performance.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance roles.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large data sets and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a hands on role while collaborating with cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Previous experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, including Oracle or similar platforms.
- Background in manufacturing, consumer products, food, or beverage industries, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to management.
- Professional certifications or advanced education related to finance, accounting, or business.
